Description: “EST.35 Milano is a newly developed logistics complex situated on an area of over 190,000 square meters. The facility is designed to meet advanced technological and environmental standards, achieving high levels of LEED GOLD and BREEAM IN-USE Very Good certifications. The complex features over 81,000 square meters of modular and divisible warehouse and office space, equipped with double loading docks and a clear height of 12 meters, making it suitable for high shelving systems essential for managing a large number of stock-keeping units.
The logistics hub is strategically located along the A35 BreBeMi highway, one of Italy’s main road arteries, providing easy access to the A4 Torino/Trieste highway within a short drive. The first phase of the project includes 42,000 square meters of warehouse space, which is currently built and leased, while the second phase, also comprising 42,000 square meters, is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2024 and will be available for lease.
